The Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) is essential in understanding the performance improvement needed to achieve desired objectives of every individual. It also allows our educators to plan what students need to learn, customise the English language programme and prepare learning resources to bridge the gap between the student's current and desired capability levels. We recognise that all students learn differently and have their own unique paths to mastery therefore we want to ensure that each individual is appropriately placed in order to maximise his or her potential. Contextualised learning makes language acquisition and retention more impactful throughout the learning journey. It also simplifies complex topics making them more palatable.
